Jump-Rope Alarm Clock

This is a physical alarm clock that uses a custom PCB to force you to jump rope in the morning to turn it off. Yes, it's hell, but at least I'll have a 100% wake up success rate! :D

I used to use an app called alarmy that would make me do math problems before turning the alarm off. It worked like a charm! Unfortuanatly it was riddled with adds, was comepletely bloated, and required me to have my phone in the area at night and in the morning. Fortuanatly, I wanted to make a side project that involved C and PCB assembly, what a coincidence! This started out as a punch alarm, requiring me to punch, shake and throw my pillow to turn it off, however my girlfriend saw me testing it and started to worry I would become abusive by immediately punching something every time I woke up. She's got a point, so I switched the design to use jump rope, making the ADXL registration much more interesting, as well as a physical design constraint because it had to fit inside the handle of a jump rope.

Next steps: I a few edits to fine tune the alarm sound, and finish laying out the parts in KiCAD to ship to a FAB
